Refund Policy

This Policy applies to OfflineLegal.com monthly subscriptions, billed in euros (EUR): Professional (149 EUR / PC / month) and Litigation (299 EUR / PC / month). Each purchase covers one licence on one PC. The seller is UAB Visata (details below). Mandatory consumer rights in your country always apply where they give you stronger protection.

1. Who we are

UAB Visata, company code 304315676, Sėlių g. 10A-2, LT-08124 Vilnius, Lithuania; e-mail support@offlinelegal.com; phone +370 601 44255.

2. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day the contract is concluded (the day of your order).

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us — UAB Visata, Sėlių g. 10A-2, LT-08124 Vilnius, Lithuania, support@offlinelegal.com, +370 601 44255 — of your decision to withdraw by a clear statement (for example, an e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your message before the withdrawal period ends.

Effects of withdrawal. If you withdraw, we will refund the payments we received from you without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of the day we receive your message, using the same means of payment you used (unless you expressly agree otherwise); you will not pay any fees for the refund. Because you asked us at checkout to start the subscription immediately, we deduct a proportionate amount for the days of the subscription that had already passed when you told us you withdraw, and refund the rest.

When the right of withdrawal ends. The licence is digital content that we deliver at your express request. At checkout you tick a separate box asking us to start delivery immediately and acknowledging that you lose your right of withdrawal once the licence is activated. Therefore your right of withdrawal ends when the licence is activated on a PC — that is, when the unlock code is entered in the desktop app (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU). Before activation you can withdraw as described above.

Your statutory rights if the software does not work as described (Directive (EU) 2019/770) apply regardless of the right of withdrawal. Business customers do not have a statutory right of withdrawal; the rest of this Policy still applies to them.

3. Automatic renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time by writing to support@offlinelegal.com or through the payment provider's customer portal where one is offered. Cancellation stops all future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the month you have already paid for, and no further payment is taken. A month that has already started is not refunded after the right of withdrawal has ended, except as described in sections 4 and 5.

4. If something goes wrong

We refund a duplicate charge in full. If OfflineLegal.com cannot be made to run on a compatible Windows computer after reasonable support steps, or does not work as described, you can ask us to fix it and, if we cannot, to reduce the price or end the contract with a refund for the period you could not use it — these are your statutory rights and they always apply.

5. Wrong plan

If you bought Professional but need Court Audio (local hearing transcription and contradiction detection), you can upgrade to Litigation. If you bought Litigation but only need document analysis, write to us — we can switch you to Professional from your next billing month. If you bought the wrong plan by mistake and have not activated the licence yet, you can withdraw as described in section 2 and order the right plan.

6. Taxes and fees

A refund returns the price you paid, including VAT. Your bank or card issuer's own currency-conversion charges are outside our control.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before starting a chargeback so we can solve activation, duplicate-payment, wrong-plan or compatibility issues directly. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may lead to licence suspension.

8. How to ask for a refund

Write to support@offlinelegal.com with your checkout e-mail, order reference, plan and a short explanation. We confirm receipt of a withdrawal by e-mail.
